All applicants must fully complete the online application form, pay the nominated fee and agree to the participant agreement before their entry is accepted. Please check your category, name & date of birth are correct before you complete your registration.

The Event Crew PTY LTD (TEC) reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to deny or disqualify any person from participating or continuing in the Event. TEC will refund entry fees except where the person has misrepresented their eligibility, breached the conditions of entry, or failed to comply with event organiser directions.

Entry fees & registrations are non-transferable from one competitor to another or one event to another except by the process outlined on our website. It is forbidden to participate under another competitor's name.

By entering, participants acknowledge that participation involves the real risk of serious injury or even death, and that they should not compete unless suitably trained and medically cleared. Participants accept all such risks and release and indemnify The Event Crew Pty Ltd, host councils and venues, sponsors, contractors, volunteers and officials from all claims and liability (including for negligence) arising out of or connected with participation. This release binds the participant's heirs and representatives.

Participants consent to receive any medical treatment the event medical team believes appropriate, and consent to the organiser using their name, image and likeness for event promotion. Safety precautions are a service, not a guarantee of safety.

Weather-affected events: entry fees are non-refundable where an event is cancelled due to storm, weather or an Act of God, or where authorities do not permit it to proceed.

Teams

Team captains sign on behalf of their team members and ensure each member understands they have accepted this waiver by joining the team.

Fees & transfers

Incomplete entries or declined payments may incur additional administrative fees. For transfers and refunds, refer to the Transfers and Refunds page on theeventcrew.com.au.
