Shipping policy

The Event Crew ships a limited range of items ahead of your event, including race bibs, gift-with-entry items such as event visors, and merchandise.

What we ship: Race bibs and included gift items are posted in the lead-up to your event. Merchandise orders are shipped separately where applicable.

Delivery timeframes: Pre-event items are posted with enough lead time to arrive before race day under normal delivery conditions. Exact dispatch dates vary by event and are communicated closer to the date.

Postage costs: Postage is either included in the price at the time of online purchase, or, where an optional postage add-on is offered, the cost is added to your cart when selected at checkout.

Tracking: All shipments are tracked with our postal provider.

If your item does not arrive: In the rare event your race bib or gift item does not arrive before your event, affecting fewer than 1 in 500 shipments, a replacement bib and gift item will be available for collection at the event site prior to your race. No further action is required on your part beyond checking in at the event.
